We accept payment in cash, by check, or via credit card once your repairs have been finalized. Ask us how to save up-to 10% on your total.

If for any reason you are unable to pay / pickup your computer/device within 101 days after the date of drop-off, please call us immediately. 

It is the customers responsibility to notify Proxell Technologies if there is a change in contact information. If you change your phone number, email, home address or move to another planet please contact us. As we have no way to contact you when the repairs are complete. We will use the last information given for contact purposes. If after (101) days your device has not been picked up for ANY reason, you agree to transfer ownership of said device to us so that we may sell the device to recoup any fees associated with work requested.

ANY DEVICE LEFT OVER 101 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND FORFITED REGARDLESS OF REPAIR STATUS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE!
